Your pediatrician will get to know you and your child during our longer appointment times, which range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Same day, evening, and weekend appointments when needed. IV fluids, stitches, and management of simple fractures.
We provide two newborn visits at your home in the Tallahassee area, keeping you and your newborn safe and comfortable at home!
Breastfeeding expertise, including support for pain, low or high milk supply, tongue-tie, and more!
Membership enables us to limit our patient number and paperwork, so that Dr. Homan can focus on people.
For newborns
For newborns and infants, we begin with a comprehensive birth and feeding assessment. Our plan includes evaluation of growth, development, nutrition, sleep patterns, and family dynamics.
We provide specialized support for breastfeeding, formula feeding, and the transition to solid foods. The first two visits are conducted in your home for maximum comfort and convenience.

ADHD & Behavior Assessment and Management
Begin with a comprehensive assessment, which addresses the child's birth, developmental, dietary, medical, psychological, and educational history. Treatment plans may include laboratory testing, medication or supplement management, behavioral therapy, and/or nutritional counseling.
If you're looking for a safe place to get your child's ears pierced, we are here for you! Unlike the mall, our office uses 24K gold-plated, surgical-grade steel earrings to avoid allergic reactions and risk of infection.
New Patient Transition Plan
For children transitioning from another practice, we review previous records and current medications. We identify any gaps in care or needed updates, and develop a plan to optimize your child's health going forward.
Asthma & Eczema Management
Begin with a comprehensive assessment of birth, dietary, family, and medical history. Treatment plans may include laboratory testing, gut health evaluation, medication management, and targeted supplements to get symptoms under control and prevent flare-ups.
Custom Vaccine Planning
We review your child's vaccine history and discuss your concerns and goals. Together we develop a plan that considers your family's values, your child's medical history, and current recommendations.
Dr. Homan is an Ivy-League trained pediatrician, attending both Princeton University and the Columbia University School of Physician and Surgeons. He has furthered his training by becoming a board-certified breastfeeding medicine specialist and is trained in Triple P behavioral management for children and teenagers.
Together with our nurse practitioner, Mrs. Carmen, we ensure our families receive quick responses to texts and offer same-day availability for sick visits.
Both providers are available for sick visits, check-ups, ADHD, and follow-up appointments. Dr. Homan is always available for breastfeeding and more medically complex issues.
With our nurses, Christi and Hannah, we provide blood draws, laceration repairs, IV fluids, nebulizer treatments, tongue-tie correction, and more!
